Activate number with voucher

Hey there I don't have credit card or debit can I use my public mobile with voucher?

Thank you. If asked, I will continue to refer clients to agents for this request. What the agent does.. well... sad for the client if they refuse as it's a potential loss to the company as they will go somewhere else if they don't  have this requirement.

This is a matter of Public Mobile informing oracles that customer support agents were to open the account for such customers.  However, CSAs have since said that they won't do it, so I do not know if this is a change in policy or if there is a disconnect in communication between different departments.  I've asked a few times, but have not received any clarification.  In any event, I cannot see any logical reason for this type of request to be refused.

It was indeed confirmed that Public Mobile agents are supposed to open an account in a suspended state and apply a Voucher to open the account if the client claims that they do not have a valid credit or debit card.

Voucher is no longer an acceptable payment method for activation.  You can still use the voucher for renewal payment after the account is activated

I understand you don't have a credit card or debit card, you can however buy a Prepaid credit card from stores and use it for activation.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to see if they can help you activate your SIM by using vouchers. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket.

If they can’t then the other option is to purchase a reloadable CC from any supermarket or gas station but there are extra fees with these CC.
