Please help.
I bought a new Public Mobile SIM card to use with my surveillance camera. In trying to activate it on the app, I switched it to my existing cell phone account. Now I can't reactivate my old cell phone sim to use with my surveillance camera. The Public Mobile web site says the old SIM card number is not valid.
Thanks,

@Don99 that's not good news, once a SIM card has been replaced by another one there is no way to get the old SIM card to work again. Any additional SIM cards need to be added to a new account with a separate email address which will get a unique phone number. Are you able to make/receive calls, texts and use data with the new SIM card? Which number is on the new SIM card, the old one or a totally new number?

@Don99 With PM you can only have 1 active SIM per account (email and number) . If you wish to create a new account, you can obtain a new SIM and make a new account with a different email address. Hope this helps
TBH, Im not sure how the camera part works, but perhaps others can chime in here...
