Activate new SIM card and everything went good but my service not working

You can try to reboot device, remove SIM and reinsert it, reset network settings.

 

Also make sure the phone is compatible for use with public mobile. You can check phone compatibility by asking chatbot to the lower right.

The first thing to try is usually the obvious. Restart your phone. Which phone model do you have?  Ensure that the phone is not set to only use 2g networks.  Also, when you say "activate", are you a new customer or were  you simply replacing a lost SIM card?
