Hello. On April 26, I transferred my number +1(579) xxx-xxxx from the Chatr operator to Public Mobile, paid for the tariff plan, installed the application, and registered. Chatr number transferred. but I can't log into the app to activate my plan. I was left without communication and money. what to do?

More details would be helpful.
Did you activate a physical SIM card? or eSIM?
If physical SIM card, try to insert into your phone to see if activated.
If eSIM, did you see the eSIM installed in your phone settings?
Did you respond "yes" to Chatr port request text?
