I can't activate my sim card because it's 20-digits, and this provider only accepts 19 digit ones.

Public Mobile SIM cards start 8912230000XXXXXXXXX. What are the first 10 digits of your SIM card? You may have another providers SIM card. If there is an LT in it it's lucky or a VT its virgin.

Are you sure you are looking at correct number?
If you got PM SIM it should have proper number of digits.

@thesophiazaccar Is that a Public Mobile SIM card? PM sim should be just 19 digits and no more.
