Most times, when a customer asks for an account number, it's to port out to another carrier. If that's the case, your Public Mobile account number isn't actually needed for that as IMEI can be used for that purpose.

What issues are you having with login into your account? Unable to receive 2FA text? Error message?
The website is finicky. Might want to try to clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or try a different device or the PM app itself.
