I had to create a new community account to make this post. My account and the account I manage for my mom are both locked. It says try again after a certain period of time and it still says locked. I try putting in a ticket and I keep getting looped around. Can somebody please help direct me as this is driving me insane!

If you are trying to login on the website. Too many attempts with the wrong password or email address will be locked for 1 hour. This is to avoid any unauthorized attempts of hacking into your accounts.
Try clearing the cache on your browser and go incognito before login. I find that I can login to my account on the PM app with no issues.
If you tried both recommendations and still can’t access your accounts then you will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing Submit a Ticket or Contacting an Agent on the Chat bubble or pm them at:
