I signed my husband up for an account a few years ago.  I don’t know how to get him logged in to update payment information.  His account was suspended because we have to update the credit card info.  Please help!

You can login using the email on his account but if you don’t remember the email used then you will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access his account.

Meanwhile, you can purchase voucher and dial 611 to enter the voucher number to activate his account from these location:

Or you can purchase an a voucher online from recharge.ca

@Rachel74   you can first try to reset password using the link there. Try to enter any possible email address used and see if you receive the reset password email

 

 

if that does not help, open ticket with PM support and they can sort it out for you

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

 

 

Once you able to login, you can then go to Payment page-> Manage Payment Method-> Update card information to make the change

@Rachel74 @Try signing in again incognito there are cache issues and or even with a different device or lap top 

edit if your remember your PIN number you can make payment thru *611
