Yeah, I should say AFTER 90 days of suspension account will be disabled/closed.

And you are saying accounts are never 'deleted' meaning if somebody comes back after a year or two PM will know they were customers before? If yes, could they use the same email to subscribe again?

- Remove 'Subscribed' and in 90 days account will be deleted.
- Port out your number to another provider - instant PM account closure.

You will NOT get refund as PM is pre-paid service.

Disabling autopay does not close an account 90 days from the time that autopay is disabled.  The account will only close after the service has been suspended for 90 days.  Also, accounts are never "deleted".

Can you sign into the account? If yes, click on Manage Subscription and toggle unsubscribe.

This will cancel the account. Unfortunately,  it will take 90 days to do so after no payments have been received.  Then the account will close and the number be gone.

If you want that phone number, dont cancel the account but find another provider and port out to them. That will close the account soon after porting out.

Or ask PM to help close account faster.

@Franco233 If you have already signed up and payment was taken, you can either try the service out for a while, and port out around day 27 or so, and i you really want to leave right away, you can try to get a refund from PM, although its not likely to happen. Worth a try though. You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble and see if CS_Agent can assist. Best of luck
