turn off device and take out SIM card and insert back on. or if you have other device tried on it.

 

still not works then contact support team by > CS_Agent  to check it out.

@Riham  - so is this a recent activation? If so, make sure you restart your phone with the public mobile sim card inside.

A reset of the device's network settings is also not a bad idea after changing providers.

 

If you ported a number over, did you receive and say YES the SMS text from your old provider (if it was a mobile one?)
