@Riham - so is this a recent activation? If so, make sure you restart your phone with the public mobile sim card inside.
A reset of the device's network settings is also not a bad idea after changing providers.
If you ported a number over, did you receive and say YES the SMS text from your old provider (if it was a mobile one?)

What plan are you on? Still? Since you got here? Since renewal? Since yesterday? What recording do you get when you call 611?
