@Paulphuha - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status?
Note, that if after 90 days in suspended status, you account, phone number and access to self serve account is gone.
OR, if you ported out your number to another provider, that also closes your account here with Public Mobile...although, I am guessing that is what you are trying to do, if you are looking for your account number.
Otherwise, contact CSA for assistance as per previous posts.

If you have forgotten your username or Forgot your password does not work then contact a CSA.

Are you getting any errors? What does the errors tell you if there are?
i would suggest submitting a ticket to customer support to help you with this issue
