I have two accounts at least I can sign in now, want to summit a ticket and can’t. Email is xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com
phone is 368 xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
second phone is 368 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
if anyone could pass this on to agent (create ticket) would much be appreciated I need to cancel one of these accounts

I did, I think all the messages I have sent the past month has helped there is still some glitch’s but at one time I couldn’t even sign in because it recognized only my old phone number and that was deleted so anyways It looks good just when loading it wants to take a few minutes

The best course of action is to submit a ticket with the chatbot in the public mobile community tab and explain to them your situation, they will provide you with an answer tomorrow. They respond quickly once they issue the initial response to your ticket. You need to submit a ticket yourself as we do not see your emails in your post.

@myron40 Just log into the account you want to cancel and turn auto subscribe off
Turn auto subscribe off/on
But if you still need to submit ticket you can use this direct link

Keep on eye on your private message inbox. You can also cancel your account by disabling the autopayment on the account you want to cancel. After not receiving payment the account will be suspended and after 90 days the account will be deleted.

Then send your request to the link below. You can port out a number, or if you don't want to do that, sign onto your account and turn the subscribed button to off.
