I was charged for 2 plans in August. I need a refund

Public sold me plan that does not work on my phone.  I want a refund. Or a months credit.

@Subarlou57 What are the dates and amount? As mentioned above, if you did a plan change immediately, you get charged for the new plan right away.

did you make any plan change request in August?  if you did, did you use "Change Now" option?  if you used that, PM will charge you new plan immediately and no partial reufnd with the unused days on the old plan

Or did PM charged you on August 1st as well as August 31st, if that is the case, it is normal as PM is running on 30 days cycle and not monthly

If PM really charged you twice and it didn't make sense, open ticket with PM support, message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Subarlou57  Did you change plans by any chance and do it immediately and not in renewal if so that could be the reason . Also check that one charge isn’t just pending if so it should fall off but if both charges are posted then please submit ticket with support  for credit /refund
