Account was still charged with previous credit card

I changed my Autopay credit card number from Master to VISA after my first payment. But, it still charged my Master card in the 2nd payment. Obviously, the payment system didn't get updated from my credit card number change. Can anyone help on this? Hope it can be fixed before my next payment in April. Thanks.
