hi, I have been locked out of my account and cannot get in. After the 5 attempts to log in it locked me out. I waited 3 hours and still could not get in. I waited several days and I have the same issue, not being able to get into my account. I cleared my search history , then tried to log into indigo mode, without success. Please Help!

Which browser are you using? Clearing the history won't do anything. This websites is known to have cache issues. You need to go into your browser settings, clear the cache, then restart the browser. Then you should be able to log in. Have you tried logging in via the phone app? I've never had any issues with the app.
Just know, you need at least 1 hour to attempt a log in again as the system does lock you out after 3 failed attempts. So, wait 1 hour 15 minutes to be on the safe side. Then log in twice. If that fails, then try changing the password if needed, that will be your third attempt. However, I'd suggest trying the app first IMO.

try using Incognito/private/secret mode on a browser and login
