Hello,
I forgot my password and the email I signed up with I no longer have access to it so when I click forgot my password I can not get the link. I tired to make a new account with my new email address and it reads my sim card is not valid but I have a current account so how do I fix this? Please help.

You can only create an account on the SIM once and not multiple times.
Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you access your account.
