Sim card - did not receive within two business days

Hi,

I ordered a sim card but it did not arrive within the two business days and I was afraid I would miss the special deal that expires tomorrow so I went to a store a purchased one. Would i be able to get a refund one of the Sim cards as I don't need two. However, I haven't yet received the one I ordered.

When a SIM card and plan are ordered at the same time from publicmobile.ca, the chosen plan is locked in for the activation.

@MikeTraps  When I got mine the instructions said to contact support if not received within 10 business days.  It did arrive in about a week.  Since you already got a replacement you can try asking support for a credit, either open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page or send them a private message if that doesn't work for you, use this link

it's not you will receive within 2 business days, it is just they will ship it out within 2 business days.  In fact, people usually get it in a week but some in 3 weeks. Just wait till end of next week or ask PM if still not receive by Friday
