I can’t access my account with my new phone but can with the old phone. I simply want to get an e sim for the new phone but nothing I have tried works
If it's an Android phone, go into your app settings and clear the cache, then data. Then reboot. If it's an iPhone, delete the app, restart the phone and redownload the app. Sometimes there are glitches.
