Today is my billing date and when I just happened to log in to my account it says it is suspended/ account status expired. It's giving me a tab to "Reactivate Current Plan"
I'm on auto pay so it just comes off my credit card. My transaction history shows that I was charged. Help please...

@DDM69 to add to what @cavemantoronto said, if your service is working don't worry about it. If you search these boards you will find a lot of threads about this very thing.

@DDM69 The normal PM renewal process is expired, then suspended, payment comes out at 2am est (on the self service account date) then the plan resets for the next 30 day cycle at 6am est. Once your phone is working properly ignore it. Just check for you 611 payment thankyou text message around 12.03pm est. tomorrow.
