My account has been suspended one day after PM sent their payment request to my cc company, not allowing the two to three days it takes to process. Payment has now cleared and I still do not have service. I can’t figure out how to contact anybody, if that is even possible. This seems like it has been an issue for a couple months now with others. What is my next step? Thanks.

Nope, not restored! I have over the last day just been trying to call our home land line from my cell while in the house, to check for restored service, and that’s what I did a few minutes ago. So I am now able to call our home land line, but nothing else is working. Weird! Turned cell off and on and no change.

Service restored five minutes ago. Not sure if this was due to the message sent to the CS Agent, if it’s possible for them to react that quickly, or just coincidental, due to my payment being received yesterday. Thanks.

Just submitted ticket to CS Agent. Tried to do that for two hours yesterday and couldn’t figure out how. Think I figured out this morning that you have to be registered with, and signed into The Community for it to work.

hi @triplejjj did you try reboot the phone or try your sim card in another phone? And login to My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to confirm the account status?
