Account suspended after two weeks for no reason.

I prepaid for a three month plan and after two weeks my account says it's been suspended. I also paid for US roaming talk and data and these appeared on my add-on summary. However, after one week they disappeared and here I am in the US unable to use my phone and data. What is going on?

 I have still not gotten a reply. Things are going from bad to worse. Yesterday I lost my US roaming. Today I lost my interprovincial calling. I am stranded in Quebec without a cell phone and now with no US roaming. What in the world is going on?
