Site issues are usually resolved by clearing the cache and restarting your web browser.  You may have to wait until late in the day before the website starts working again for you.

With all the recent changes, the website is finicky.

Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. 

A different device is another option. 

With my MacBook, I need to use Safari in private mode to access my account.
