Just tried to activate my SIM card and account. Received an error message before full account activation complete. My account is not recognized but my credit card has been charged. I have no way of signing into my account. Tried the activation process again but my SIM# card is now not valid. Help please!!!!

@domthedonkey try sim in the phone it may be active if not wait an hour and start the process over good luck
