Do payments cover period in advance or retroactively. Pay,t made May 24, account moved to Telus May 25. AM I due a refund ?

payments cover period in advance, you won't be able to ask for any refund.  You should have moved to Telus earlier or later.  you are out of luck of doing it on day 2 of the period

@Art24 PM is a prepaid provider and has a strict no refund policy.  So it is pay in advance and they won't issue refund if you moved to another provider within the cycle 

However, you might be able to ask Telus for a one time credit as Telus owns Public Mobile.  Call Telus support and ask them instead

Sorry PM is a prepaid service so there are no prorated refund like they do on postpaid service.
