Why has my account been suspended when I am set up on automatic pay

@alpine1 Hi does your cc need to be updated? Auto pay does fail see if money is sitting in available funds if so look for a reactivate button , press it and reboot your phone

If your renewal date is today...ignore the Suspended notice as long as your phones features are still working.
