Hello, I forgot to transfer funds to the card used for payment of my Public Mobile phone service, and so the account was suspended last night.  This morning I added funds to the card and updated the payment method with the same card, but it's been half an hour and the account has still not been re-activated.  Do I need to update the payment method with a different card, or is the same one alright?

the Add Funds to account option is there for accounts from the old days but hidden for new accounts.  So, you won't be able to find it on the app or browser.  you need to use the link I provided

Interesting.  Maybe update the PM app.  Here is what shows up in my App.

There is no "Add funds with credit card" option in my app... the only "Add funds" option in the Payments section is to "Add funds with voucher".  Guess the website is the only option for me for this.  Thanks to everyone for the assistance 🙂

Once you've updated payment card you can also use the app, log in to your Public Mobile account > click the Payment tab...scroll down to Add Funds With Credit Card.

Yes, under poyment section.  Add funds with credit card link. Chaose amount to  load up.

you have already paid, wasn't it?  check the payment page on My Account

if you need to make a manual payment, you need to use the browser.  Please use a browser to login My Account, then go to this page to make payment:  https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

now that you've added funds to the card, now you should log in to your account to Resume your service. If you log in using the app, you should see that Resume icon right away.
