Account on hold for payment but...

Hello,

My account is apparently on hold because my CC expired. However, I see it actually charged on renewal date (?) on my CC bill

I changed my CC details earlier today but the account seems still to be on hold. The app thinks I haven't done so and it's  making me repeat the step

Can someone from PM DM me to look up my account to see where it’s at? I can only receive texts but not make phone calls

Called the 1955 number and it says my account is not active

But I don't get it - if it already charged my CC LAST MONTH, then why is my account still on hold? 

I don't want to make another payment when I've already gotten charged

what you saw might be wrong from browser cache

if you call 1-955-4PUBLIC , enter your phone number, does the system say your account active or not?

can you login My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and make payment again?

if still not taking it, wait an hour and try again.  Or it might be quicker to get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load it using *611 to get the service back first
