Hello I would like to know the account number for 604-xxxxxx

BE CAREFUL!!. you are logging into your daughter's profile, not yours.  Both you and your daugher on PM's?

 

PM's My Account is one email address for only one PM account.  So, your family must be using 2 different email addresses to login if you have 2 accounts here

 

You will need to open ticket with PM support to find out which email you used for your own My Account, for the one you are looking for 

 

Please open ticket with PM using Chatbot:

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

The same phone number CANNOT use the same account number.

 

Every Public Mobile service has their own unique self-serve account, with a different SIM card and login credentials. (when setup, the USERNAME is an e-mail address of choice of the applicant). 

 

If the only one you are able to access with known login credentials is your daughters, you should contact the Customer Support Agents to reset your own login credentials so you can access your own self-serve account.

 

There, you'll find YOUR account number in the profile section as outlined.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Dunkman thanks for the feedback. Actually my daughter and I were using public mobile since 2019. Both cellphone were using pre authorized payment under my credit card. Whenever I login to my account, the profile is under my daughter account, and my phone number has became an alternative . I have tried many ways to obtain my account number but not successful. Please advise can two phone number use the same account number?

@softech when I login to my account, I noticed my phone number became an alternative phone number, and it's so weird that the account number was under my daughter phone number. Can there be two phone numbers using the same account number?

Do you have access to your self service account? It should be in the profile section.  

Some older customers did receive a welcome email from Public mobile when they first activated account.  The account number is in the address to section of email.
