I had the account number but it seemed changed for some strange reason.
When I sign in for my account, it does not allow me
When I try to reset my password, even though I get the text message on my cell, and start the process, it shows me an error message at the end.
It's a real nightmare.

@johneshak try to login again using Incognito mode or try with a different browser
Also, if you are using Chrome and saved password, DO NOT click login after you picked the saved username/password, Chrome will automatically log you in
