Hi i paid for the month and it still says i have no minutes and i payed for the $25 plan

The $25 plan have unlimited talk.
Clear the cache, cookie and go incognito your browser before login.
Also reboot your phone by powering it off then power back on.

More details please. Are you a new or existing customer. Have you tried rebooting, resetting network, reinstalling SIM card, tried sim in another unlocked phone? What happens when you dial 611.
Edit: Do any services work? Have you tried putting a 1 in front of the number?

@Justin-89indy you just activated new account? or you are resuming a suspended account?
can you confirm if your phone showing the sim card connected to the network? any error like "NO SIM", "SIM not provisioned", "No Network"?
