I have forgotten what email address I used to open an account. How do I reset this? When I try entering the phone # it keeps telling me to enter a valid phone number registered to my account. So not sure where to go from here. Please help

@Logan2007 - if you have 2 or 3 email accounts and don’t know which one you used for PM, try searching your email inboxes for mail from : publicmobileservice@info.publicmobile.ca
latest email was sent Sept 9 to all users offering a Disney/netflix bundle. Long story short, that’s the email you signed up with 😉

you have a phone number that still in service? Try calling 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number. If the system says cannot find the number, then your account was closed due to non-payment for over 90 days.
if the system can find the account, whether active or suspended, you will need to ask PM support agent to find the proper email address back. You can submit ticket by direct message:
