Issues with account log ins experienced yesterday evening are back. Keep on getting Forbidden A1 or when I do get in only partial info displayed.

Glad it is back to working now 😀 As said, I had to log in again and it was fine... slow yet fine. Now everything seems to be a-ok!

@XionBunny , my app still says under maintenance on my iPad & I uninstalled it, rebooted & installed it again! Maybe I need to do that again! It is the updated version from today.

@XionBunny , right! I can log into My Account now which was fixed quickly but the Public Mobile app is still under maintenance since the new update version 1.3.0 released today! At least we can use our My Accounts on the website 😃

I just had a log in issue. Attempt to retry by going back in. I did this and it worked for me. You may have to do this more than once to get in.

Yes, our My Account & Public Mobile app (updated version today) is down for maintenance again!

I can't really comment on that, I can say that this new system hasn't been smooth since day one though, and that was before the layoffs, so really that's just a scapegoat blaming that.

That hasn't worked for me and I've getting the same login issues as well, both on the app and website, nothing works right now.

Try clearing the browser data or using an incognito window and try logging in again. Clearing the cache and cookies has helped many of us after last nights downtime
