In that case you will definitely have to go the CSA route. They should be able to get you back on track

Please use the instructions that I provided earlier. You won't be asked for either of those during the ticketing process. The procedure that I've mentioned to you isn't the automatic password reset page. It's a form to ask a customer support agent for help.

You can wait 1 hour and try again when it becomes unlocked or you can contact a CSA by choosing the chatbot in the lower right hand corner.
