Hi I want to change my email for account. I can not get the 6 digit from email because that I'm not using. My sim was locked few days ago. What should I do?

If you account is suspended, you can’t get the 2FA code sent by text so your only option is to have the code sent to your email.
To have your email change, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you change the email in your account.
The other option to active your account is to purchase a voucher from these location and dial 611 and enter the voucher number.
