My sister is locked out of her account. Tried resetting her password . It says it was changed but she tries to login it still says the account is locked.

@CHILLYMAC using the link below, have her send a message to Public Mobile CS agents to assist in unlocking the account.
It's always best to clear cache first before logging in as it might still be using the old information. Try this first if it doesn't work message them and ask. They will reply to the inbox by the envelope top right corner.
