I lost my SIM card while traveling and my email associated with my account is been blocked. So I can’t login to unsubscribe or to activate my new SIM card. 
please advice what to do.

@Mots  They usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer . Just keep an eye on your community in box for a response, or you can use this link to the community in box also

@Mots  If you have a new SIM card now message support to sim card swap the number for you and then you will be able to log into your account and get code sent to that new simcard 

send a  private message   To CS_Agents

is there any option "didn't receive code"? if it is click that and select send email to receive the code via email
