Hi, I want to activate new subscription but when I log in with my email there's already a plan selected and takes me to payment screen. Can you clear my account or the previous activity so I can activate a new subscription.

It sounds like your old account is suspended so you did disable subscription on your old account. It will close after 90 days for nonpayment.

If you want to cancel the old account…just leave it suspended but if you want to continue with the old account. You need to make a manual payment…all up to you.

If you want to start a new plan then you will need a new SIM/eSIM and open a new account with a new email since the old account is use your old email but communicate with an agent what you want to do.

I don't have any other options after logging on both in the app and web. It just says resume activation and login page (which I'm already logged in). Will reach out to CS Agent. Thanks.

You have to use a different email address for each account so 1 email/1 account. You need to login to your old account and disable (AutoPay) for 90 days to close the old account.

You will also need a new SIM for the new account…if you are choosing a Black Friday  deal if the plan is for new members (not for existing members).

The best way to change your plan is to login to your account then on the Subscription tab then Manage Subscription then Change Subscription. There will be a list of plans you are eligible for. If not listed and you want a Black Friday deal. You can port your number out to another carrier then port back.
