I no longer have access to my email for my public mobile account.
i need assistance changing the email for my phone number. Please contact me ASAP

The website and app keeps telling me to active.

So my active PM mobile account is different from this account.
How can I change the e-mail on the active account (e-mail I no longer have access to) and put my active primary line on this account (the one I am communicating on right now?)?

Only customers are here, no PM staff.
Select different option to receive 2FA from PM (SMS) and then after logging in proceed to update your email.
If you cannot receive SMS open a Ticket so agent can assist you.
IF you manage to log in go to Profile and then
where you can update your email

the email address you used for PM is a login id on PM system, so you can still use it to login and then use sms to receive the 2FA. if you can login, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email yourself
if you cannot login My account, then you will need to message support agent here and ask them to update the email for you
