So my account is on auto-pay but for some reason the payment didn't go through my credit card. I'm really hoping my $120 plan is still on my account. Has anyone had this problem before? Any help at all is appreciated

i had the same thing happen to me this morning, and trying to make a manual payment through #611 tells me that it can not authorize a payment to be made... I need my phone for work and I cant even listen to the voicemails being left on my phone.
