If you're seeing this (below) and you have NO SERVICE, try clicking it:
If you need to add funds first, you can do so if there's a registered payment card, or add a voucher (which can be purchased at many mobile outlets).
Once you've added the funds to equal the plan amount, THEN hit "Reactivate"
If you HAVE SERVICE, you need not do anything per @JK8 info previously supplied.

Are you up for renewal? Do all your services work? If yes, then ignore the message. That is the usual status in self service when renewing each cycle.
