I had initially set up the public mobile account under an email that had a typing error. Due to this mistake I cannot access my account. I can not access this false email to change the forgotten password. I need to access my account so I can update my credit card.

Customers should be directed to use SIMon whenever possible to open tickets, including for forgotten password tickets. Using the official ticketing procedure will ensure faster service as customer who go straight to only sending a private message automatically get placed at the very back of the priority queue.

Unfottunately, in this situation, kmill doesn't know the Public Mobile Self Serve account password.

So you didn't set up a self serve account in store or at home with the typo email? If you know what it was you can still sign into your account with the wrong email. As discussed above a CSA can fix your email for you so that your self serve account reflects it, but if you need access prior, you should still be able to access it with the wrong email and right pw

You can do both email changes/account access by contacting a CS_Agent via private message or SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.

hi you will need to open a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent they will help you mention update email for self serve account
