Hello, I would like to cancel my existing account and stop the payment. I cannot log into my account as I purchased that plan for my mum for one month only and she has already left a country. so I do not have an access to the phone and cannot receive a text messege with the code to proceed with logging into my account. Could you please help me with cancelling my subscription?

if you cannot login My Account, best to ask PM support agent to help, ask them to remove the credit card from your account. You can submit ticket by direct message:
