I tried porting out my number. But it seems to be stuck. Not getting an SMS to respond to.
I did and they tried a couple of times.

You need to talk to your new carrier to have them resend the confirmation text to you again.
It is active and in good standing. I can send and receive text.
your Public Mobile account must be active and in good standing in order to port out. Hopefully that's the case ? Leave your PM sim in the cell until you get the sms and you reply YES within 90 mins.
