Hi all,
I've been loyal PM account holder for many years but early January 2026 for certain reasons decided to switch to another provider. I've got a text message from PM to confirm that I want to switch to another and I replied YES and didn't not receive any further confirmations. Month later, early February I noticed I was charged for PM service again. I did have preauthorized payments setup. Sent a message to PM support specialists and one them confirmed that account has been cancelled back in January and credit card has been removed. Well it did not stop from charging me in February. She advised nothing she could do and suggested opening a dispute with CC provider to reverse the charge. I called CC and opened a dispute but they asked for a cancellation confirmation email. Well I do not have one from PM! Sent another message to PM support specialist but for my simple request to provide one single message with relevant information such as my name, account #, phone number and cancellation date the support specialist replied all information has been already provided, read carefully messages. Several times asked politely to provide these info in one single message and each time agent replied stop writing message all information has been provided. Does this support specialist expect me to compile all the back and forward messages with them and provide to CC provider? Is there any way to get this simple cancellation confirmation email or a message from PM at all?
Read some posts on the forum that some people were charged for year or so after their service cancellation. Hope it's not my case. Otherwise I'll have to cancel the credit card.

It looks like pretty common PM issue with charging former clients..

It looks like the person is really will to help as you have written, and they probably don't have to either. None of the information that you provided at sign up is validated by Public Mobile, they don't do credit checks so they are most likely not obligated to assist.
FYI, cancellation of the cc is not a guarantee that future changes will be declined if the cc is really not removed from their file. Ask your bank, they will tell you.
So if copy and paste image and compiling data is what you have to do get the information you need, then that's what you have to do to help yourself.
