Porting error my from Fizz to Public Mobile

Hi,

Porting error from Fizz to Public Mobile

  1. Requested porting through Public Mobile App
  2. Received a confirmation message from Fizz and answered YES for porting
  3. Public mobile reply that they encountered some issue that someone will call but no one call yet.

Right now my original public mobile won't work, I tried call it in. 

When I call out using public mobile it will display my fizz number, but when I call that number fizz line will ring not public mobile line.

You have to call to get this corrected. I will send you another message with a phone number to call to Koodo porting team who also assist with Public Mobile porting process.
