1) The app says my bill is due today but when I sign in online it says it's already paid. Which is correct?

Where do I find the card details for the card that paid my plan?

2) I would like info on the 4G 20GB and 15GB+15GB plans (How much will I pay after the promotion ends?

3) If my plan is already paid, can I still switch to to one of the plans mentioned in #2?

You didn't tell me the cost for the plans afterbthe promotion ends.

1. important question is, do you have service now?

  Best to login My Account again using Incognito mode and see what is the current cycle date

and check Payment history to confirm if Pm took the money

2. those two promotion plans are limited time offer but not limited time price or limited time bonus.  What it meant is once you have changed to the plan, you will get to keep the price and the plan details

3. if you plan is paid today, it is too late to make the change.  You have to schedule a plan change for next renewal.
