I can’t access my account
I need the phone number re-opened
I need to update the payment method. I am trying to log in into my account but it sends a code to my number which is not in service at the moment. Can anyone help me please ?

My problem is i don't have the access to email as well. This account is associated with my brother's email. Any way I can update the email ?
I was expecting a call from my workplace on that number.

Try to see if you can get the 2FA code via email:
On the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email"
