Apparently they tried to process my pre authorized payment but it didn’t go through and now my account is suspended!? I tried to pay from my account but says can’t process at this time try later!

You could also buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and use 611 to enter them. No account pin needed. You could also use the real time payments option in some stores.

you can first try using *611 to pay the amount due if you know the 4 digits account pin
If not, please login My Account using incognito mode and try with that instead
