I have two phone numbers in one account, but I can only see one phone number in My account?

I would like to stop one phone number, but I can not see it in My account.

How did you manage to get two phone numbers on one account? That's not supposed to be possible. Use the forgot email address and enter the number you're looking for and the email might end up in a different email box. Check all inboxes.

What recording do you get when you dial 611? If you know your 4 digit account pin for that account then you can turn off autopay to stop it from renewing (if you don't have a balance).

@DawnWang  Each phone number ( account needs to have its own email . You cannot have two phones numbers on one account . Please submit ticket with support to get straightened out
