I'm still waiting for my SIM card to arrive since signing up March 4th. Also when I try to continue activation, I get a XXX error despite trying several times and in incognito mode.
Help! I'm willing to switch to an e-sim if easier but also seeing it's allowing me to authorize when I go in.
I've already paid for my 1st month by credit card as of March 4th, 2024.

Ok, I can go and get a SIM card on my own. The main issue is that..
When I log in, I get this screen:
But when I try to click "Resume Activation" I get this screen:
So I'm still stuck even with the SIM card. Help!

you can stay with physical sim card by buying them yourself from a local Telus/Koodo store and then use the PM app to complete the activation
Buf to switch esim, you will have to ask support to help.
